How we handle what you send us.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, contact details, business or organization details, and any processing statement you upload. We also record the time of the request and the network address it came from, to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare a rate comparison, set up your account if you choose to proceed, and record donations made through the BrightStar Impact Network. We email you a confirmation when you submit a form.

Statements

Uploaded statements are stored in our private system and are available only to the BrightStar team. We do not sell or share them. Ask us at any time to delete your statement and request.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the payment partners needed to set up an account you have asked for, and with service providers that run this site and send our email, under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only on the staff admin area.
